Message	I get about the same mileage in my 90 TT. Basic maintenance will definitely improve your mileage. Also run a check on your O2 sensors to make sure you're not running too rich or anything. And stop flooring it. I get significantly better mileage if I don't let it go into boost, but where's the fun in that?
